When you contact our Service Center you will speak with a live person to discuss what the problem with your pool is and the possible solutions. We will then make arrangements to send out a Certified Service Technician at a scheduled date.
Our Service Technician will diagnose, and (if possible) repair the problem on the first visit. He may also offer options to make sure the repair meets your needs. If parts are needed, a follow up visit will be scheduled for installation of new parts. When all work has been completed, a Sweetwater team member (Service Technician or Service department advisor) will contact you to discuss the repair and the steps we took to resolve it.
